Sefirotmon is the beast spirit derived from the legendary warrior of steel, AncientWisemon. Again he retains the same attitude as Mercurymon by continuing to calculate attacks and use of old English towards his enemies. He had sucked all the Digidestined into individual spheres, and they had to fought their way out with various foes. During their time within the spheres he had learned all of their attacks which he would use later against the Digidestined. He can change the environment to a certain extent, such as darkening a cave.

Appearance

Sefirotmon resembles a network of several eyeballs.

Head: His main eyeball is located at the top where he talks.

Body: His entire body is a network of several eyeballs, with yellow bridges in between which are flexible and allow him to become mobile. Each eyeball represent all the elements of the ten legendary warriors. Thunder, ice, water, wood, earth, fire, light, steel, darkness and wind.

History

Sefirotmon made his first appearance against the Digidestined directly in Episode #29 - Phantasmagoric Sefirotmon. After the Digidestined defeated their enemies within the spheres of Sefirotmon, he went out against the Digidestined. However, Kouji was still tracking down Duskmon elsewhere so it was just Ardhamon, Fairymon, Blitzmon and Chakkumon against Sefirotmon. They tried to attack Sefirotmon but he absorbed their attacks and fired the attacks back at twice the original damage.

The Digidestined then tried to use their beast spirit attacks but to no avail. Sefirotmon continued to absorb their attacks and returned it to them at increasing amounts of damage. The Digidestined were forced to flee. They however reached a dead end inside a cave. Sefirotmon again attempted to take advantage of their fear of being alone in the dark. He darkened the atmosphere and this brought painful and scary memories from their past. Fairymon, Blitzmon and Chakkumon started attacking each other with Ardhamon eventually stopping them from doing so.

The Digidestined managed to control themselves, and used their Digimon abilities to sense Sefirotmon's movements quicker and become stronger. They eventually defeated Sefirotmon by mixing their elemental attacks instead of using single elemental attacks. By using mixed attacks, Sefirotmon was unable to counter back as he did not have the attack in his database. Aldamon then got the others to distract him whilst he attacked the main sphere which did not move, his weak spot. Sefirotmon was then defeated.

Sefirotmon absorbs an elemental attack by shuffling his spheres in alignment with the corresponding element of the attack. He then fires the attack back, at twice the original damage.
