Junpei mainly thinks about his stomach a lot. Not to mention having an endless supply of bar chocolate. He also has an undeniable crush on Izumi, though she tends to stop him before he gets any ideas.

Appearance

Junpei's clothes have a blue and yellow colour theme, just like his evolutions.

Accessories: Chocolate bars for self-gratification and coloured cloths for his magic tricks!

Head: Brown hair and brown eyes.

Body: Orange shirt and blue overalls, with yellow pockets and ridges at the end of his sleeves.

Hands: Nothing are worn on his hands.

Legs: White socks.

Shoes: Navy blue and gold coloured strap-on shoes.

History

During their battle against the Goblimon to liberate the Wind Factory for the Kokuwamon, Junpei felt left out as he did not have his human spirit at the time, thus unable to transform into a Digimon to help out. This made him want to leave the Digital World and simply made him feel discouraged.

However, after seeing how eager the Kokuwamon were to fight back to reclaim their home, it compelled Junpei to help Takuya, Izumi and Tomoki in battle. He eventually found his spirit in the Wind Factory which changed his impression of the Digital World completely.

Despite his personality, he is a kind person. He likes to think of Tomoki as a close friend because he has been able to comfort him when separated from the group. Junpei also has a few magic tricks up his sleeve, which he has used to entertain the group previously.

Memorable Moments

Ride Home

Junpei tries to bribe a Trailmon into taking him and Tomoki back to the human world by offering it chocolate bars. Unfortunately it doesn't go to plan when the Trailmon takes off hastily after consuming the chocolate bar.

Izumi's Gratitude

Izumi is grateful when the Digidestined help her out with uniting the Gomamon across the sea. She starts off with hugging Takuya and Kouji but Tomoki and Junpei become jealous! They then get hugged too, so all ends well!

Lets Split Up!

In Ofanimon's castle, when they split up into groups to find the key of the castle, Izumi decides to split up with Takuya. Junpei becomes really shocked!
