Duskmon is the human spirit derived from the legendary warrior of darkness, AncientSphinxmon. He along with Velgmon were corrupted spirits given to Kouichi by Cherubimon. Despite this, he is extremely powerful, and almost always appears within the darkness. He makes use of his sword for melee attacks. His special attack relies on darkness, to an evil degree.

Appearance

Duskmon resembles a warrior of death with the bones that make up his body. He wields a red sword that has the ability to extend.

Hair: Blonde hair.

Head: He wears a helmet is head has three edges with three red jewels embedded on top.

Body: He has a red suit underneath his armour, with his armour mostly consisting of black bones and ribs. He has a large eye on each shoulder and an eye on his chest.

Hands: His arms has a large beast-like skull embedded on each hand. He holds his sword in his left hand.

Legs: An eye exists on each knee, with rib-like armour around his legs. His shoes have small skulls on then, and they have an eye near the tip of his foot. A small horn sticks out at the back of his shoes.

History

Duskmon made his first appearance towards the Digidestined in Episode #21 - Darkest Before Duskmon. After betraying Arbormon by killing him, he continued attacking the Digidestined. After almost killing Garmmon who reverted to Kouji, the cries of his name caused intense pain in his mind.

He confronted Koji whilst within Sefirotmon but he was able to counter back Duskmon's attacks by fusion evolving toBeowulfmon. Duskmon fled with Beowolfmon in close pursuit. He attempted to ambush Beowolfmon again within the vicinity. As the two fought against each other the two eventually found out about their connections to each other through the past. Along with Velgmon he was defeated by Beowolfmon.

(Dub name: Deadly Gaze)

Duskmon's hands and the eyeballs throughout his body glow red and he releases lasers towards his enemy.

Eroberung ( エアーオーベルング )
(Dub name: Lunar Plasma)

Duskmon raises his sword slowly in a dreary fashion to create a red moon and then slashes his enemy quickly.
