Chakkumon is the human spirit derived from the legendary warrior of ice, AncientMegatheriumon. His small size makes him more fragile than the other evolutions, including Fairymon. His pair of skis allows him to guide around in the air, giving him some form of manoeuvrability.

Appearance

Kumamon best resembles a white, snow teddy bear.

Head: Kumamon has light brown eyes. He has a red stripe on each side of his face. He wears a green headband around his forehead with a symbol of a teddy bear embedded in the middle.

Body: On his back, Kumamon stores his ice blaster. On the small green vest he wears (to support his blaster), the symbol for the legendary warrior of ice can be seen in the middle. He has somewhat bulky metal shoulder pads. His fur is white in in appearance to give a snowy impression. Kumamon has a small white tail.

Hands: On each hand, Kumamon has three big fingers.

Legs: He wears green and orange boots.

History

Kumamon made his first appearance in Episode #03 - Kumamon Baby, Light My Fire. The Digidestined were ambushed in the Candlemon Village. Takuya told the others to hide whilst he digivolved into Agnimon in an attempt to defeat the Candlemon. Unfortunately however, fire against fire isn't very effective and the Candlemon were able to paralyze Agunimon's movements. Tomoki shocked over the situation rushed down to help him by splashing water against the Candlemon. His spirit then appeared out from a nearby cave.

When Tomoki digivolved into Chakkumon he immediately put his elemental attacks to good use and froze the Candlemon. The Candlemon then digivolved into Wizardmon, which knocked Chakkumon onto the ground. Wizardmon then made several copies of himself. Agnimon was able to defeat him though, with the help of Chakkumon spotting the real Wizardmon, as he was the only one with a shadow.

Snow Bomber ( スノーボンバー )

Chakkumon pulls out his blaster and fires snow blasts towards his enemy.

Kachikachi Kocchin ( カチカチコッチン )
(Dub Name: Crystal Freeze )

Chakkumon takes a deep breath and exhales to release cold icy crystals towards his enemy. The cold icy crystals freezes his enemies and inflict a good deal of damage. 

Tsurara Lala ( ツララララ )
(Dub Name: Frozen Tundra )

Chakumon turns into a miniature frozen tundra. He uses this to stick to surfaces to prevent himself from falling. Offensively, he jumps and turns into an icicle, using the power of gravity to inflict damage upon his enemy.
